Returns & Exchanges

Lopidraumur offers a 14-day return period from the day your goods are received.

To return an item, mail it to:

You may also contact us for a closer return location where available.

Return conditions:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Items must be unused, complete, and in original packaging

• Discounted/sale items cannot be returned unless defective

• We are not responsible for items lost in transit

• Returns not received in resalable condition may be refused

Once approved, we issue store credit or an exchange.
Store credit is sent by email, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid for 1 year.

International Shipping (Outside Iceland)

All international orders ship EXW (Ex Works) from Iceland. This means the customer is the importer of record.

Customers are responsible for:

• VAT, duties, and taxes

• customs clearance fees

• brokerage/handling charges

These costs are not included in your order total.

If customs fees are not paid or delivery is refused and the package is returned to Iceland:

• original and return shipping costs are non-refundable

• any carrier or customs charges will be deducted from store credit

• no refund or credit will be issued if costs exceed the item value

Lopidraumur is not responsible for customs delays, fees, or seized shipments.
