General
“We/us/our” means Ístex hf.
“You/your” means the person, company, or other legal entity using the website whether to purchase the goods or not.
“Goods” means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation email.
“Working days” means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for goods from us. By ordering goods from us, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions below.
Terms & Conditions
Ístex hf is the owner of Lopidraumur/Lopidream operates following Icelandic law and regulations. All disputes will be settled in Icelandic jurisdiction. Lopidraumur accepts your order when receiving full payment confirmation. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a confirmation email and thereby, a contract is established between you and Ístex hf. Lopidraumur operates in accordance with Icelandic law and regulations and is therefore subject to Icelandic jurisdiction if disputes may arise.
Return Policy
Lopidraumur return period is 14 days after the day that the goods were received. To return your product, you should mail your product to Völuteigur 6, 270 Mosfellsbaer, Iceland, or contact us for a location closer to you. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item or an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon reception of the goods in our facility, we will offer an exchange or refund, provided that the goods are returned complete, in original condition and their original packaging. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the goods are not in a resalable condition.
To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing by a letter sent by post to Ístex hf Völuteigur 6, 270 Mosfellsbaer Iceland or email to Lopidraumur@Lopidraumur.is
Prices
Prices include VAT of the delivery country in the following list: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.
For other delivery locations, VAT will be calculated upon delivery.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including taxes, shipping fees and method of payment. Ístex is not responsible for other fees.
Shipping
We offer free shipping within the countries of the following list: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK. We ship orders within 1-3 working days from order placement, provided that the product is in stock. Otherwise, we will let you know via email as soon as possible. Ístex hf reserves the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices without prior notice. Products are available while supplies last. Orders are shipped within Iceland via Icelandic Post (Íslandspóstur), DHL or Landflutningar.
Faulty goods
Your satisfaction and happiness are very important to us. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have a faulty product or if you are not happy with your purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you a confirmation email and thereby a legal privacy contract is established between you and Ístex hf. In accordance to the Icelandic law, you have the right to know the information Lopidraumur has registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. Moreover, if you have any concerns about your privacy, please contact us by email and we will resolve the matter.
