You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item or an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon reception of the goods in our facility, we will offer an exchange or refund, provided that the goods are returned complete, in original condition and their original packaging. We do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
